swimming + birthday parties + knocked front tooth + lost tooth + haircut + rodeo + near car wreck + dog bite + 8 stitches + ear tubes + near drowning

EQUALS one heck of a 10 days of summer fun! I think :)
So I finally geared up and took the kiddos swimming. It was a lot of fun and Jett slept about the whole time. The kids had fun and didn't want to leave of course.

*We had a lot of birthday parties to go to and the kids were on a sugar high after all the fun.
*Last Sunday when we got home from church Cohen and Dalton decided to take pillows and slide down our hall.(We have hardwood floors) Any way so they kept sliding and having fun and I said "okay no more" and of course they had to press their luck one more time and CoCo hit his tooth on the baseboard. He was bleeding really bad and I cleaned him up to find his front tooth was knocked all the way back. Sorry no pic. Anyway so I wiggled it back forward and just left it and called the dentist. He said I did the right thing and now it is a waiting game. So far (knock on wood) so good.
*Dalton lost another tooth so he will look extra cute for school pics this year:)
*Then I decided to give him a haircut/buzz because his hair grows so fast I figured I would do it once until school started and then we will shape it back to his cute hair do! Well he decided he wanted it to look like Chuck Liddell so... then Jesse came home and said I don't think so...so it ended up being what it was supposed to be a buzz cut. Lots Cuter!
*We went to the Ute Stampede Rodeo and the kids loved it!Pictures are coming!
*Jesse decided that he wanted to take on another job. So he would work all day, sleep for 2 hours maybe and then work all night! Well after too many nights of that he was driving home and fell asleep and woke up on an off ramp about two miles away from where he remembered in front of a light pole. A little scary so he quit doing that real fast.
*Aspen got bit on the face by a neighborhood dog which required 8 stitches and a little entertainment. They gave her verset and she was a little loopy to say the least. Pretty much really entertaining since we were at the hospital for 4 hours. She is doing fine and still loves dogs.
*The next day Baby Jett got some tubes in his ears! Hooray! He has always been a happy little guy but just a little uncomfortable at times and has had 6 ear infections and constant fluid for two months. He is like a new man now!
*And last but not least for our drama we went up to bear canyon to a elder's quorum activity. We lasted the whole night up there by the provo river and as we were leaving Aspen decided to show her cute personality and disobey and jumped out of the car a few times. Then the last time she jumped right into the river because "she didn't see it." Luckily Andrea O didn't have to jump in after her and she grabbed the ledge of grass. She had to strip down to nothing for the car ride home and she was really traumatized. She fell asleep and when we got home she woke and said "mom I fell into the river" and I said "I know honey next time maybe you will learn to obey." She says to me now "Mommy, I will obey." After I made her say 5 times before she went to bed. Being disobedient will teach you every time and hopefully she will obey a little better. She is obviously here for a reason.

Okay... so it's been a while. You have another baby? I was a little confused by this whole "Jett" business in the stories, but then I looked down and realized you have another baby! He looks like the rest of 'em! Cutie!!
