Baby Fat!

Jett weighed in today at 17 lbs 7 oz! He gained more than a pound in two weeks! He is my chunky monkey! Why is it so cute to have cottage cheese legs when you are a baby but not okay for me after having these babies?

My little Aspen has decided that a "2 Wheeler" is a lot cooler than training wheels. On July 24th I had Aspen riding on grass at Grandma's house in the country but to try it at home she wasn't so sure. I had Jesse take her training wheels off and she was good to go...off and in the street of course. Well we will work on the boundaries of bike riding this week but I am so excited for her. It reminded me of my daddy teaching me to ride my bike when I was little. I still remember where we lived and I was about the same age as Aspen just going into Kindergarten, hopefully she will have this memory forever too. Now Cohen can do it too...but he likes being able to rely on his training wheels. He will ride a little bit and then decide to be the chilled out kid he is and chill on 4 wheels.

lost!

I have lost most of my red hair...except for my cute mullet/rat tail! Oh yeah and I am still a little hairy on back right above my crack! My mom's friend thought she buzzed my hair but no it just disappeared. Please help me grow some more. Now I am back to where my brothers and sister started.

4 Months Young!

Jett has gotten so BIG in the last month! Wow time flies. Summer is almost over and my baby is growing too quickly. Jett is 16 lbs 3 oz(74th%) and he is 26" long(84th%).
He is bigger than Aspen was at 4 months but smaller than both his brothers. Which is fine with me because I want him to stay smaller for longer...even though he is really not small. Jett loves his hands he sucks on them all day long. His laugh is so funny and most of the time is so random. He will laugh when he wants. He is still really happy and smiles all the time. He loves to stand on our laps and moves a lot. He rolls...when he wants to. He lights up when his brothers and sister talk to him, which comes in handy when I can't get to him right away.

5 Hour Ride:)

 

FuN WeEkeNd!

Our family headed down to good 'ole Sanpete this weekend. It was a lot of fun times!


On Satutrday we went on a 5 hour ride in the mountains. The kids had so much fun and it was so beautiful to get away from the heat!



We have an ongoing joke between Jesse and I about having a lot of kids! Well we pretty much decided we can totally do it. Jesse and Brooke plus 10! (We need to find a number or a nickname that rhymes so if you have any ideas?!!) Gotta love the kiddos!

Our nice friends Julie and Noah invited us to this awesome slip'n'slide that they rented in Payson. It was 100 ft long and 20 ft wide. It was the bomb. When we got there, before I could blink Cohen was flying down the hill. I was so suprised that he was the daredevil flying down the hill. Aspen was totally opposite. She was being so shy and so Noah just took her down and made her go! After two times she was loving it. Dalton loved it of course because he was with his best buddy Isaac. Thanks for the fun!
