Thankful Thankful!

As I woke up this morning at 6:45am to my 3 year singing "I am a child of God, and he has sent me here, has given me an earthly home with parents kind and dear, walk beside,lead me guide help me find the way... I am a child of God... Yes he was half asleep too and I just thought about how many things I am so grateful for while he tried so hard to sing the right words.

1. I am grateful for the gospel in my life and how it has already enriched my beautiful children's lives.

2. I am grateful for the new life I have growing inside of me, especially to feel him kick and know that he is there. I am so excited for this new life and a little scared too. But to know Heavenly Father will be right by our side helping us through the tough times.

3. I am so grateful for the neighborhood I live in. Everyone is so genuine, caring and loving. Everyone dreams of a huge mansion and I am just grateful to have a home and be surrounded by people that I know truly care and are there in times of need. Especially grateful for our next door neighbors who have helped me so much in the last month while Jesse has been away for business. Glad that is over with and we can have him home with us again.

4. I am so grateful for my sisters and my mom, hopefully Aspen will really have a sister one day to have that special sister bond.

5. I am so grateful for my husband and for all he does for our growing family. He is the best daddy and husband ever.

BOY or GIRL?

We found out what we are having today and much to everyone's SUPRISE...We are having another BOY! Deep down we all know that I wanted a girl, but I think way deep, deep, deep DOWN... I knew we would have another cute boy. It is my calling life to have strong BOYS and I will take them. Now more of a reason to make our family even bigger...try again for "A" to have a sissy. She is so disappointed, but I think she will get over it. She asked me why it was a boy and I told her becaue that is what Heavenly Father wanted us to have. She seemed okay with that in mind.

So today was our primary program in church yea! Well "D" wasn't too happy because for business reasons Jesse couldn't be there. It was so sad. "D" started to cry right before the sacrament and wouldn't stop. It made me so sad and thanks to being pregnant with my extra emotions of course I started to cry. Thank goodness he went up there because I thought for sure he wouldn't. He was so sad the whole time but made it through the songs. His part was one of the last ones and he did great! Everybody commented on how well he did and couldn't believe he could read so well for a first grader. Go Big "D", my intelligent thing.
Then there is little "A", the light of my life, her part was one of the first ones and while half her class wouldn't go up there, she was ready to go. She had her part memorized but who knows if anyone could understand her because it was so loud into the microphone, if you know what I mean. Then to top it off she didn't let go of the microphone and totally did a twirl, like someone was holding her hand, but it was the mike. She is so funny. Then all the sunbeams sang "I am a child of God", oh how cute "A" has her Daddy's voice and she drowned out all the other little sunbeams, she belted IT! Then she got a little antsy and started to eat her paper, that had her part on it only because "D" had his part on paper she had to have hers, so I mouthed to her to stop eating it and sing. OH NO! She belted even louder than her singing "My mom made me mad", and started to cry. I felt so bad. Then the music leader turned to me and said "did I do something?" Oh no honey totally me. So then I had two emo's up there. It was great and sad all at the same time. Oh what a day!

p.s. I hate daylight savings time, "A" wakes up at 6:00am on the dot and it sucks...part of the reason she was so tired and had a breakdown during the program.

Okay people I'm sorry to say but I have finally made the decision to go PRIVATE! I know I really don't want to but with having a newborn baby and 3 other kids to watch out for, I have to do it. The Joys of FALL!

I love Fall! This fall has been great it has been warm, then freezing and it is all GREAT! I love seeing my kids play in the leaves and our neighbors have a ton of leaves in their front yard. Last week they were hauling all of our neighbors leaves into our yard to play in them. Little did they know now we have never ending leaves in our backyard. We filled 10 bags and it looked good until... we woke up the next morning and looked like we didn't even do anything and then...SNOW! Fall is great!
