Big "D" is 7

My first born is seven years old. I can't believe he is so old. He has started 1st grade this year. Time flies by so quickly. He is such a sweet and caring boy. I remember the day he was born and it took him a little while to come but when he finally did it was a party. He was the first grandchild on Jesse's side and the first boy on my side to be born. We love having Dalton in our family, he such a blessing and big helper.
He finally decided to have a friend birthday party and it turned out great. It was a lot of work but totally worth it for him. We had a sports themed party. They played basketball, bowling, football, and whatever else crazy boys can think of to play. We also had a basketball pinata that the boys just took care of fast. They had a lot of fun and I am glad that it is over with.

My Baby Boy Is Free (3)!

On Saturday August 23 CoCo Luke turned 3! I can't believe how fast time flies. I remember the day he was born, 10 days early he wanted out, thank goodness since he was still 9 lbs. 1 oz. I thought my curly haired CoCo would be my baby forever but according to the last post, I was wrong. He is such a mama's boy and I love it! He has been such a blessing in our lives. He is so easy going and just so loveable. So many of people have called CoCo a girl in his short 3 years of life,(because of his beautiful girl locks that I put in bows, NOT!) but I am here to tell now I am giving more of a reason, don't you love his pink shirt? He loves pink and guess what all you people with little girls out there he will be the best husband and dad ever, that is what I am shaping in him. He is my sweetheart although I don't ever know if he will leave his mommy. Hopefully he will but that day is going to be very sad for his mommy!
We celebrated his birthday down in Sterling at Jesse's mom's house. He is obsessed with watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse so Jesse and I made his a Mouskatools Cake. It was a lot of work for all the kids to dig into and destroy in less than five minutes. Yes all the cousins were literally digging in the cake with their fingers, which is normally not okay but it was so big and we would throw it away anyway since we were so far away from home so who cared, it kept them entertained.

Guess Who's Pregnant?

Yep it is official. We are having our "4th" child in the Spring! Due Date April 4, 2009, but I am pretty sure with the size of my children and how the others came early, it will be in March. Wahoo! I just can't believe that I am going to have 4 kiddos. What a SURPRISE! I will have to say that I have never really been sick, a little nauseous. This time around pretty sick. Nothing sounds good or smells good at all. At night I get really sick with a stomach ache and very nauseous. But this is okay, we will get through this.:)

Our CHOO CHOO Adventure!

Today we attempted to get our family picture taken. Well to say the least it was just too WINDY! To get out the door was a chore, only because I hate 1-4pm church because your day is wasted, and kids just get too tired. Cohen cried and wouldn't get dressed and then we bribed him and said we were going to see a CHOO CHOO train. Ha ha like that was going to happen. We started driving and I said we can't go on tracks that we always see trains on, Jesse said there won't be any trains today. Well right when we got to where we were going, what do you know a train in our rear view mirror. So we stopped and let the kids to see it go by. The train was going pretty fast and then all of the sudden it started to slow down and then halt. You betcha it stopped and the engineer got out and said come on in, check it out. Cohen was so excited. Dalton and Aspen were too but CoCo is obsessed with trains. So they got to sit in there and honk the horn. We waited until yet another train passed so they could trade tracks. So we were in a train watching another train go by. So exciting. So to say the least, we didn't lie, we saw a train and a whole lot more. Too bad no good family pictures. OH well totally worth it!

Orem Owlz GAME and Tee Ball!

Dalton had Tee Ball games all summer on Saturdays. He got so involved it was great! He was such a slugger, but would prefer to play with someone pitching the ball to him. He is such a good kid at everyhting he does. To wrap things up our team got to participate in an Orem Owlz game. Dalton was so lucky he got to run with the catcher we were so excited for him. He had his name called as the catcher for the night. Since he was a home plate he got to meet the umpires too. It was cool.
